1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocietyManage ("the Platform"), operated by Pristine Technology, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Subscription & Payment

Subscription is annual per society. All fees are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Data Ownership

All data entered by the Subscriber remains the property of the Subscriber. We do not claim ownership of your society data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
