Step-by-Step Onboarding

Create Your Society Account

Start by signing up for a free trial. Provide your society name, email, and phone number to begin.

Verify Your Email

Check your email for a verification link. Click it to verify your email address and activate your account.

Set Up Your Password

Choose a strong password for your account. This will be used for all future logins.

Configure Society Details

Add your society address, total units, and other basic details. This information will appear on all official communications.

Add Members

Import or manually add members with their unit numbers, contact details, and KYC documents.

Configure Billing

Set up maintenance charges, utility rates, and other billing parameters. Generate your first bills.

Set Up Staff

Add staff members with appropriate roles (Accountant, Security, Housekeeping, etc.).

Start Managing

Your society is now ready! Start managing billing, expenses, governance, and more.
